Our team is determined to give back where we can, and so we have dedicated a few weekly hours to community projects. TYDE Online approached Project18 to assist with their monthly Social Media, Google Ads, and selected marketing projects.
Our first project was a revamp of the organisation’s overall look and feel on Social Media. This included both social channel optimisation as well as creating consistency with every social post that is shared across platforms. Since starting with Project18 we have boosted brand awareness and consistency by designing easy-to-use post templates that showcase the brand’s look and feel. We have also optimised each social channel that Project18 is listed on so that no matter which platform you come across you will recognise who they are and what they stand for.
Collecting newsletter subscribers is vitally important for Project18, so for our second project TYDE Online took all necessary steps to ensure that newsletter subscribers are being collected correctly and effectively. We updated the Mailchimp website popup to collect subscribers entering the website. We also ensured that the link between the online store as well as Mailchimp has been setup correctly to collect subscribers from customers that allow Project18 to do so.
Project18 shares quarterly updates to their newsletter subscribers, so our team created a newsletter template on Mailchimp that can be easily populated and sent out to subscribers every 3 months. Have a look at the first email that was sent out to over 100 subscribers using the template created by our team.
Along with the monthly newsletter template, our team also setup and designed automated reminders for customers that leave their online store cart before completing checking out in order to increase purchases through the organisation’s online store.
For our third project, we designed Project18 business cards. We provided the organisation with a few options to choose from and this was the final design.
We now assist Project18 on a weekly basis with:
- Social Media – posting, organic engagement, competitions, events, and boosting
- Adhoc Marketing Materials – logo edits for printing
- Google Ads – managing the use of Google Ad Grants and ensuring that the ads are optimised regularly
